Are military schools available to me as a 25B?
I know it's a desk job petty much; and was curious about schools like, Pathfinder, Air Assault, And or Airborne!

No.
Pathfinder, Air Assault and Airborne are cool badges, and everybody wants one, but the Army doesn't fund schools based on what you think is cool, it funds schools based on what it needs.
And the Army needs people in Airborne units to be Airborne qualified, people in the 101st to be Air Assault qualified, and people in units that require the Pathfinder ASI to be Pathfinder qualified.
If you end up in an Airborne unit, you will go to Airborne School en route or after you get there, if you end up in the 101st, you will go to Air Assault school within 12 months.
As a 25B, you will never be in a duty position required to set up a cargo DZ, and you will not need Pathfinder school.

You need to for unit slots in your MOS that are Airborne, Pathfinder, etc. Units that are not like that will seldom pay for folks to go to schools that the unit does not need!
