The way things are now, as I understand it and I am 60%, wife doesn't get your disability, but you can also look it up on line. But there is a benefit they can apply for called "VA Dependency and Indemnity Compensation"Response by SGM Mikel Dawson made May 11 at 2023 7:48 AM2023-05-11T07:48:22-04:002023-05-11T07:48:22-04:00LCpl Arthur Roy8276357

If my husband should die before me, what of his %100 disabled benefits will I get?Response by LCpl Arthur Roy made May 11 at 2023 9:29 AM2023-05-11T09:29:04-04:002023-05-11T09:29:04-04:00SP5 Peter Keane8276757

It is not a percentage, but a fixed dollar amount. However, she may get Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) if she meets the eligibility* for it. Assuming she meets the eligibility, then there are various rates* depending on the situation.

The amount she would get is $1,562.47/month if no additional added criteria apply up to $2,463.10 if she meets the criteria for the "8-year provision, Aid and Attendance, and Housebound". Furthermore she'll receive an additional amount depending on how many children under the age of 18 you have.
----------------------------------------------
* https://www.va.gov/disability/dependency-indemnity-compensation/
* https://www.va.gov/disability/survivor-dic-rates/
