What percentage of my 100 percent disability will my wife get if I die before her?

VA disability is yours, not your wife's. The way things are now, as I understand it and I am 60%, wife doesn't get your disability, but you can also look it up on line. But there is a benefit they can apply for called "VA Dependency and Indemnity Compensation"

It is not a percentage, but a fixed dollar amount. Look up DIC on the VA website for eligibility criteria and amounts.

She doesn't get any of your disability. However, she may get Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) if she meets the eligibility* for it. Assuming she meets the eligibility, then there are various rates* depending on the situation.

The amount she would get is $1,562.47/month if no additional added criteria apply up to $2,463.10 if she meets the criteria for the "8-year provision, Aid and Attendance, and Housebound". Furthermore she'll receive an additional amount depending on how many children under the age of 18 you have.
