There are a ton to chose from, I think the key is to present the team concept. The brotherhood, that soldiers regardless of race, gender, or religion share with each other.

This is a philosophical question.

The best answer I can give is "people together."

The military culture supports "teamwork" therefore any picture representing that should be of a group of people, as opposed to individuals. It should highlight that concept. "People = good" and "Individual = 'bad'" if that makes sense.

I would suggest some shots of SMs helping each other, definitely something from a joint environment as that is becoming more prevalent. Also some combat shots, anything that shows teamwork, and diversity of cultures and genders. If you would like to provide more details on your presentation I'm sure the RP community, as they have shown already, can provide additional input.

I would probably start with photos of the past,bringing them forward to present day to show all the changes.
All showing the camaraderie and teamwork.

Couple of pictures that always stuck out to me are those of (and of course it's Navy related) Sailors manning the rails on a carrier, where you see them all standing on the edge of the ship. Another is line handling, which is how we refer to the action of tying a ship down to pier, or letting it loose so we can sail on. Great examples of teamwork.

I found that some of the most telling photos have come from the Pacific Theater of WW2. Here is an article from the Daily Mail that has a lot of pictures that might be helpful.

Military Culture, is American Culture, it is Humane. You can take the war fighter away from home, but home will always be with them.

I put together a video for my Menlo Park, VA PTSD group that can be used for just about anything. It took forever to put it together and is 7:45 long. I can't attach it but can send it to an email I think (never tried)

I recommend juxtapositions. Show soldiers drilling, then show them playing soccer/basketball/softball. Show squared away uniforms, then show shopping for threads at the Exchange. Show training, then show community service. By all means, Yes ... show them praying!!
