What rank were you when you became Squad Leader? In what war were you a Squad Leader? How did you do?

Team leader as a SGT, and now a Squad Leader as a SGT.  Should get my SSG shortly after completing ALC...  Love having a squad of hard chargers!  Rah

SPC Margaret Higgins - thank you. Odd thing is I was actually a platoon sergeant as well before I was a squad leader. Pretty good experiences, and I think I did well in all three positions.

SSG (Join to see), you are to be HIGHLY COMMENDED. And, Sergeant, there is no doubt in my military mind that you did an outstanding job in all three positions.

You are right; SFC (Join to see), GOD does get the credit for all of you coming back alive and intact. But I want you to also realize something, Sergeant First Class: You were God's instrument. God worked through you to get you and all of your Squad members back alive.
