My faith in God motivates me and He sustains me throughout the day, week, month and year COL Mikel J. Burroughs. Every day I submit my plans to the Lord and go about my daily routine unless He changes my plans. Usually the changes come through circumstances but sometimes He lets me know by speaking to my spirit that I need to go somewhere, or pray for somebody, etc.

I am grateful beyond measure that in Christ we are blessed for eternity going forward from the day we bowed the knee and received the salvation so freely offered by God.

My drive comes from wanting to be a positive role model for my kids and to be a strong and dedicated husband for my wife. I owe it to them to strive to be successful for all of the sacrifices that they have made for me to have this wonderful career.
