What regulation addresses if someone can use their JST for civilian education points? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-regulation-addresses-if-someone-can-use-their-jst-for-civilian-education-points

I recently started online classes and had my JST evaluated to get me started. I took an unopened official transcript from Central Texas College to my S1 and they said I couldn’t “double dip” like that. Is this true? What regulation supports this? I’ve been promotable with BLC complete for a year now and I’m doing everything I can to get closer to the cutoff score. If I could get this on my SRB, I would max the 75 point limit on semester hours and have enough to get promoted. You can only have 1 set of tramscripts on there, so make sure it's right and take it in. Sounds like you are trying to cheat the system, just do it the right way SSG Private RallyPoint Member Tue, 03 Sep 2019 00:20:50 -0400 2019-09-03T00:20:50-04:00 Response by LTC Jason Mackay made Sep 3 at 2019 12:41 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-regulation-addresses-if-someone-can-use-their-jst-for-civilian-education-points?n=4985097&urlhash=4985097

You are trying to get military training credit for college credit on your promotion point worksheet? You can't. It is already factored in for your military training. Your college Transcript with your most recent credits should be counted for civilian education. Completing basic training does not give you college credits (vie the army) but via a college they "can" give you credits for basic, usually listed as physical training, land nav, etc.

Also, it is not the S1 guys job to "look" into the college transcript. (don't burn a bridge and be an ass) but they look to see it is a real college transcript, look at how many SH are completed, and put that onto your ERB. No. The JST is a recommendation of how to apply credits if a school chooses to and if they are relevant to your program.

2) can you use credits from the military, accepted by a university as SH credits for your PPW? No. That is probably what they are referring to as double dipping. You got credit for those in earning your MOS. Any secondary MOS or additional training you have done would just qualify you for competition in other MOS. When I arrived, I also did not know what to do and doubted everything, then I got to the site https://edubirdie.com/buy-an-essay-online which made my task much easier and gave me a lot of free time. Buy an essay online was a very cool solution for me. But here is your college Transcript with your most recent credits should be counted for civilian education.

Buy an Essay Online for Cheap From Experienced Writers

Buy an essay online in one click at our reliable writing service Edubirdie offers affordable prices, on-time delivery and free from plagiarism content

Vincent Raiss Fri, 27 Mar 2020 10:04:14 -0400 2020-03-27T10:04:14-04:00 2019-09-02T23:52:45-04:00
