What regulation states how many days before your ETS that a soldier must be sent back stateside from a deployment?

I ETS in 4 months, my unit is sending me and didn’t give me word on when i’ll be coming back from rotation deployment to S. Korea. Anyone know the regulation that states how many days they have to send you back from your ETS date?

The law says you have to be provided 90 days to transition, nothing more.

I got out early twice. WITHIN 90 OF MY ETS. Over 90 days were reassigned. Can you extend for a month

I am not 100% on this but I believe it is not a matter of regulation but of command policy. Your Division or Corps commander will more than likely have a set policy regarding this -- to which exceptions may be granted -- meaning it is not a hard and fast rule.

I ETS'd from Korea in 1991. Stopped by Presidio for out processing (3 days), then back on a flight home.

If we can’t help you talk to your TAP office as you should of been the last year and ask them. Korea does have all the resources to ETS from there if that is the case.
