What regulations, active MILPER messages, etc., provide any insight into an early transition into the Reserves or Guard? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/what-regulations-active-milper-messages-etc-provide-any-insight-into-an-early-transition-into-the-reserves-or-guard

I am looking for regulations, active milper messages, etc that provide any insight into an early transition into the reserves or guard. I have heard about the new career early separation option, school early separation option. I'm not sure what options are actively out there at the moment. I'm hoping someone here has some insight. The NG recruiter has informed me that if I can sperate early I can be picked up by the NG 6 months prior to my current ETS. Basically, I have a year left in my contract. Normally I would ride this one out but I have personal reasons that compel me to get home as early as possible. I've been in for 7 years and I want to continue my commitment and service. I just need to do this in a way that supports my personal affairs. any insight or advice would be very much appreciated. You need to keep on him. Your ETS will happen quickly. I believe they stopped that years ago. SFC Private RallyPoint Member, can you shed more light on this?
