Since I work in a Senior Assisted living community, it's a melting pot of cultures, ways of thinking, backgrounds, etc. Want a debate? Start a topic with about 5 seniors and 5 staff members and it's on! For the professional end, being a chef, I go to different restaurants all the time, and experiment with different foods. What I did learn was interpersonal communication. I am always having to use that when taking to my kids.
