Time with loved ones, the right to give political opinions publicly, the right to say I don’t want to work today just to name a few

I pose this question as a statement to over entitled soldiers that complain every time they are not comfortable. This is a better attitude to have. This is an attitude of a servant. We are service members.

None. However, time, manner, and place in which said rights can be exercised are heavily regulated.

I'd say freedom of speech is restricted, as well as protection from unwarranted searches or seizures (field day inspections, Health and Comfort inspections). You also cannot just quit and do something else. To be honest, the UCMJ can be twisted in many ways and if someone wanted to stick you with something, there is almost always at least one article they can hit you with.
