You’ll live in a MOS-T barracks if you are single or going there alone if you are married. Don’t mess with the Soldiers from basic and you will be fine. That is the quickest way to lose rank and get kicked out the Army. Again it depends on the Cadre and the 1SG. But they wont treat you like the Normal AIT soldiers, they may even have you help in disciplining the AIT soldiers. I’m a SSgt in the Marine Corps and just finished my Army transition. I start AIT for 14E in June.
