I'm working on obtaining My Military license with My current unit's S3, however i was unable to get anything started, simply because i don't have that packet. I've only recently completed Drivers' training and was promised a physical copy of my license but it's been almost 60 days since that timeframe. Anyone have an idea on where to go/do?

Your unit master driver is responsible for creating drivers license. If you know who that is he/she would be a good starting point. I’d bring it up to your first line and have them aware.

Yeah unless your Master driver works in the S3 shop, you are barking up the wrong tree.
