It's you first real opportunity to be in charge, it's what all the stuff that you have done until now is just train up for this position. Yes, it can be demanding, occasionally aggravating, and almost always a challenge, but it's what we trained to accomplish. When they look for BN Commanders, they will look at the Company Command time as a reference.
