Apologize for your mistakes, errors, assumptions -whatever you feel you need to apologize for - BUT only do it ONCE!!! Apologizing more than once only reminds people what you are apologizing for and only brings it all up again for everyone to relive/rehash. No need to go backwards and revisit - go forward and discover whats new and different.
