We MILs have a grip on the overall mission, hence look further than our own desk, fork lift, whatever. We know there&#39;s a corporate world and are interested in making the company move forward because we win when the company wins. We find it much more interesting and worthwhile to help all the gears move. I must mention that the leadership training got me a management position in flight simulation maintenance after being a technician for 5-1/2 years.
