<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>It's always best to do your own layout with your hand receipt.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberTue, 29 Jan 2019 09:43:44 -05002019-01-29T09:43:44-05:00Response by LTC Jason Mackay made Jan 29 at 2019 10:54 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Are you talking about having your platoon layout their gear to find yours? You need to talk to your NCOIC and first line leader.LTC Jason MackayTue, 29 Jan 2019 10:54:10 -05002019-01-29T10:54:10-05:00Response by CSM Richard StCyr made Jan 29 at 2019 11:24 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You should always do a personal inventory of your gear against your hand receipt before any type of turn in; or after any exercise that you had your stuff out on.<br />I'm confused on this part "rather than having to do the entire Platoon Layout". Are you thinking that doing your own layout will exempt you from a PLT level layout; or are you thinking that PFC Juarez somehow has the chutzpa to call a PLT layout to find your missing gear? The answer to the former is no, doing your own inventory doesn't preempt you from your PL or PSG's layout. For the latter , you'd be better served asking your buddies if anyone came up with extra shoulder pads and could you have them as your short two, than insinuating that someone swiped yours. <br />My two cents is to go to a surplus store / pawn shop and buy two serviceable shoulder pads and be done with it.CSM Richard StCyrTue, 29 Jan 2019 11:24:55 -05002019-01-29T11:24:55-05:00Response by SGM Bill Frazer made Jan 29 at 2019 12:11 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>1. PFC's do not have/do unit lay outs. 2. Your equipment your responsibility. Guess you either get charged for the items, or hope to buy then at a surplus store off post.SGM Bill FrazerTue, 29 Jan 2019 12:11:09 -05002019-01-29T12:11:09-05:00Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 29 at 2019 1:12 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Purchase what you failed to maintain accountability of, or ask for a statement of charges.<br />Learn from this inexpensive lesson.<br />You didn't turn in everything you drew if you're missing any items.1SG Private RallyPoint MemberTue, 29 Jan 2019 13:12:35 -05002019-01-29T13:12:35-05:00Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 29 at 2019 1:13 PM
