I cleared CIF with my old unit, I&#39;ve done all required paper work, I&#39;ve gone through all the proper channels. I&#39;ve called and emailed multiple times per week and they always say they are going to get back to me asap. What can I do to let this commander know he&#39;s really putting me in a bind. It&#39;s been 3 months(I&#39;ve never met this commander as he is new to unit) I can&#39;t contract ROTC or get my tuition assistance until I get this squared away. You might want to talk to the battalion S1 shop first. If they can&#39;t help or direct you to who can, contact the State Headquarters personnel people. This should not be a big ordeal for anyone, it happens all the time. I have seen in other discussions on this topic, that the gaining ROTC PMS may be able to help by going O5 to O5 or even O5 to O6.<br /><br />Who is the ultimate approval authority?
