I'm TC, but we run on a very similar schedule with QM/OD. Everyday, you do PT between 0530 and 0600. You have anywhere between 1-1.5 hours for breakfast/showering after. Class starts at 0830, you get an hour for lunch at 1200, and are out between 1530-1700 (rarely later). It all depends on your TAC.

PT 0600. Class 0800 or 0830. Lunch 1130-1300. COB is usually 1700. But it depends on your TAC they can end class around 1500 on a slow day. They also control PT, you can have it five times a week or three times a week.
