What's the fastest way to find my military medical records?

I somehiw miss placed my medical record while moving. Is there any way to get another full copy?

Look up eVetRecs, he NPRC website under NARA, the record ctr in St. Louis. Hat depends how long you've been out, and where the stuff for you was done. All you active duty, Guard, Reserve stuff, whatever, winds up at NPRC, if you've only been out a short while, it might not all be there yet. Fill out the Java Applet, attach a cover letter separately, if need be, generate the Java Applet printout with the reference number, don't lose it, or you're stuck, sign the form, date it, ask exoplicutly for your personnel file, and your medical file, you need to ask for both separately. Once NPRC gets he fax, the fax phone is in the eVetRecs printout, you'll get a notice probably in a week or two that they're looking, then they'll need about a month or two to get you alp of it. Itlp likely be double sided, not single you can't change that, just live with it, honest, and run the stuff off single sided for yourself at a Staples or other copy place, that's the easiest way. If you had any VA stuff, that' you'd have to get from he VA hospitals where it was dine, that's if you had to use VA while you were in, OK? I'm here if you want to ask more trust me, I've used eVetRecs for my own stuff, and family stuff, many, many times, they're quite good at NPRD, if you call the operators, don't lose that reference number on the Java Applet printout, as I'd said, or you're gonna be totally stuck, and likely need to start from scratch, OK? Just type in eVetRecs on Google, you'll see the site with the Java Applet, you'll need a current version of Java in a current machine, Windows, Mac Linux, whatever. Trust me, it works, the space is tight in the Applet window, so you're gonna have to abbreviate. Plus, you're not gonna have much room, OK? If you have questions, as I said, I'm here, OK?
