What's the process for receiving the Sign on bonus in the contract within the Army Reserves?

My Unit's RPAC has submitted a packet to get my sign on bonus processed. He said that the packet was sent to a mailbox (email to 88th Finance) a while ago but hasn't received a response. This was late last year. He said that filing an I.G complaint against the 88th might actually make things worse.

I've passed on this flier https://www.usar.army.mil/Portals/98/Documents/For_Commands/88th_ResourceGuide.pdf to the RPAC as I've noticed a few phone numbers over there he could try to check the status ( I tried calling them and they asked my RPAC to reach out to them).

Is there anything I can do to help get my bonus processed quickly or find the status?

1LT Private RallyPoint Member - Continue to follow-up with your unit's UA. Keep track of every conversation you have with every individual that you have it with. Always follow-up. If your unit's UA does not want to follow-up, go to your BN's Supervisory Staff Administrator (SSA), or Staff Administrative Assistant (SAA) - whichever you have. If they don't want to follow-up. Notify your UA that you would like to submit a pay inquiry. Send the pay inquiry by e-mail and be sure to include everyone in your immediate CoC (CO, 1SG, Platoon Leader/Sergeant, Squad Leader, Section Sergeant, etc.). Keep track of everything and follow-up.

If they continue to put no attention on the matter, you can directly e-mail the RSC responsible for supporting your unit. Check out the e-mails below.

Follow the chain. ALWAYS follow-up, ALWAYS keep track of all conversations.

If they continue to ignore you, you have the right to make an IG complaint (DO NOT let them scare you out of it). You may have to contact DFAS directly, if needed. Finally, as a last resort, you may find yourself requesting assistance from your state's US Senator/Representative (Congressional inquiries are no joke, and should be use when no other recourse is available).

Have not been a UA since 2009 but you may want to check and see if paper work should have been sent to actual finance. It used to only take about a month at best, to process and there used to be away to track it.

When was this submitted?

It’s a simple packet that’s emailed to your RDs respective pay team.

I’ve submitted a couple of these in the last year, and the SM usually has their money within a month.

Your S1/ARA needs to send another email to check on this, or just send the packet again in a new email.
