What's the timeline for waiver approval and what's the deal with PSBCT? Does it still exsist?

2 questions. I am currently trying to get back in the army ( 4 year break come July 2018). Currently working through the waivers process (suitability review, medical, re code, rank eligibility). Let me provide more information about my waiver(s)... I was discharged for an apparent misconduct - commission of a serious offense on july 14th 2014... disposition was not filed until December 2014 - All charges and warrants were dismissed due to lack of evidence from said case. Ended up being someone else (who is still in the army btw). I started the waivers process back in July of 2017. Was told due to the circumstances of my discharge I wouldn't have any issues. Fast forward 10 months to current day and only thing done is a company commander sign off on the review. How long does this process usually take once the waiver initiation is started?

Also, whats the deal with PSBCT? One recruiter tells me its still at ft. leonardwood for 6 weeks and another tells me no I will most likely skip over PSBCT/BCT and go right to AIT because my process started before my 3 year mark. Which is true?

Current recruiter-
You’ve been out of the regular Army for 4 years, but when did your MSO (8 years since you joined) end? That’s the pertinent date which would determine whether you attend PSBCT or not.

Also the waiver process all depends on the complexity of your situation, and having necessary paperwork. On top of that MEPS or BN can slow the process by being incompetent.

Interview with the BN commander next Tuesday at 1300. Finally it’s only been 380 days since I started this process. But who’s counting.

The first question is: did you complete AIT? You say "will I go right back to AIT..." If you are not MOS qualified you are considered Glossary Non Prior Service: Glossary NPS (GNPS) applicants are those who have served at least one (1) day in the Armed Forces but less than 180 days of Active Duty (AD) (IAW definition defined in AR 601-210). This includes those who accessed/enlisted in a Reserve component (RC). This will determine the next course of action
