What's the timeline for waiver approval and what's the deal with PSBCT? Does it still exsist?

2 questions. I am currently trying to get back in the army ( 4 year break come July 2018). Currently working through the waivers process (suitability review, medical, re code, rank eligibility). Let me provide more information about my waiver(s)... I was discharged for an apparent misconduct - commission of a serious offense on july 14th 2014... disposition was not filed until December 2014 - All charges and warrants were dismissed due to lack of evidence from said case. Ended up being someone else (who is still in the army btw). I started the waivers process back in July of 2017. Was told due to the circumstances of my discharge I wouldn't have any issues. Fast forward 10 months to current day and only thing done is a company commander sign off on the review. How long does this process usually take once the waiver initiation is started?
Also, whats the deal with PSBCT? One recruiter tells me its still at ft. leonardwood for 6 weeks and another tells me no I will most likely skip over PSBCT/BCT and go right to AIT because my process started before my 3 year mark. Which is true?

Current recruiter-
You’ve been out of the regular Army for 4 years, but when did your MSO (8 years since you joined) end? That’s the pertinent date which would determine whether you attend PSBCT or not.
Also the waiver process all depends on the complexity of your situation, and having necessary paperwork. On top of that MEPS or BN can slow the process by being incompetent.

So my discharge is 11c - misconduct - commission of a serious offense with a RE3 general under honorable conditions. Would it state on my dd214 whether I have the IRR time? Would it state transfer to IRR on there? Or is it some code

Your DD214 won’t stipulate IRR time. It would be on your discharge paperwork somewhere (I have no clue where though). I’ve never seen anything about IRR time on somebody’s discharge though. Your recruiter should have run your REDD report, and it’s usually listed on there as Reserve time with a start date after your discharge and no end date if you haven’t met your MSO yet.
Now that I think about it, if the charges against you were actually dropped (due to being unfounded) you may be able to petition to have your RE code and discharge type changed.

If you were put out due to a misconduct with an 12c/re3, then you got put out. there is no IRR time so stop worrying about that..

Updated. Somehow my packet was a MEPS to MEPS transfer. So come Monday my packet will actually be initiated and I should have a physical date with in a week or 2

So here we are almost 3 weeks later. Still no answers. Come to find out the commander from my old unit stuck someone else’s councelings in my packet. So yet another delay. Still waiting on a physical date.
