Jackson and everything on it. There are a couple of gyms...I like the one near the hotel best. <br /><br />There is a movie theater passed the Wal-Mart as well.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Apr 28 at 2014 8:18 PM2014-04-28T20:18:14-04:002014-04-28T20:18:14-04:001SG Private RallyPoint Member693852<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Train, Train and Train!Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made May 24 at 2015 11:29 PM2015-05-24T23:29:59-04:002015-05-24T23:29:59-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member806541<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Sweat!Response by SGT Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 10 at 2015 7:14 PM2015-07-10T19:14:25-04:002015-07-10T19:14:25-04:00SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member2302816<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you go off post, there's a pretty big shopping complex with a movie theater a few miles down the road. I think it's called "Sandhills Shopping Center" or something similar. <br /><br />Immediately off post is a Books A Million that has pretty decent WiFi. Join their membership club ($20 for a year) and that gets you unlimited access to their WiFi. I would go there on the weekends and catch-up on E-Mail, websurfing, etc. the only thing is that you have to get there early, as there are only a few electrical outlets, and they get taken up quickly. There is also a Five Guys burger joint-- if you haven't had Five Guys burgers, you need to go get one or two or more.<br /><br />Charleston is a good weekend trip, if you're up for beach type areas.Response by SSG(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Feb 1 at 2017 12:35 PM2017-02-01T12:35:45-05:002017-02-01T12:35:45-05:00MAJ Private RallyPoint Member4726987<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’d also suggest you drive to monetta SC (it’s about 30 minutes west of Columbia. They have an awesome drive in movie theater called the big mo. They do 3 movies for like $10 a person.Response by MAJ Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 16 at 2019 12:53 PM2019-06-16T12:53:36-04:002019-06-16T12:53:36-04:002014-04-27T20:30:15-04:00
