I do a lot of light reps to keep tone. I have never been one to try and bulk up. I have known men in their older years who had always bulked up when younger and when they got old enough that they couldn't keep up the routine they had tits hanging down their stomach and the massive amount of loose flesh every where looked terrible. I decided a lot of light reps to keep me fit and tone was all I needed. I never wanted to be a Mr. Universe. If I had to pick a group I guess It would be my arms I liked to work out the best. Reason is they were visible most of the time. Oh, you're talking about the body. I'm a soccer referee, slowing down, but the legs are limited due to LOD injury. It's the arms, back, abs but mostly the arms that need the attention as slinging stuff around the property isn't easy. Well you don&#39;t see everyone doing legs, I think thats why one of my favorite bodybuilders is Jay Cutler. He loved doing legs. I&#39;m working my way up to a 610 Squat again. It is also a full body workout. It makes up majority of the upper arm and makes you arms look much more toned and bigger than if you just focus more on biceps.
