The revolving door of a fraudulent poster on RP who keeps making new accounts after being banned. I think that's pretty funny.

SSG James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" - This account may be. It may be that RP finally forced him into honesty about his identity. However, I stand by my guns that this is the Leuchen/Lee/Pao guy.

SSG James J. Palmer IV aka "JP4" - Not looking to talk down on, but I'd hope other specs are also different - monitor size, Operating System, etc. The average US user has 2-3 IP's they can use at any time - home network, phone via tethering/Wi-Fi Direct, and Work/School. Food for thought.

SGT (Join to see) - That's not even taking into account VPN's, which are numerous, and easy. Or simply releasing your IP and renewing it. Or any of a dozen other ways I can think of.

SN Greg Wright - True. Time Warner renews NAT-level IP's bi-monthly, if I recall correctly, for example.

i think they store it somewhere in exchange for the diamond, then give it back when the diamond goes away.
