There are so many to choose from. Try to remember a commercial that you found humorous, heartwarming, or with some unique meaning. I like to think of the funny ones. The E Trade babies still crack me up. The Snickers Batman commercial from the 1980's is probably the most memorable to me. Pepsi and Coke had some creative competition and rivalry.

Most impactful was a Budweiser commercial that ran after 9/11 only once. The Clydesdale hitch and beer wagon travel along highways and across a bridge to a snowy field where the New York skyline and Statue of Liberty are visible. All of the horses bow. Look it up on You Tube.

Probably my second place finisher is the old Wendy's commercials with the lady who asks, "Where's the Beef?" Also, on You Tube. "Where's the Beef" became a popular metaphor for "Where's the meaningful content" for a while in the 1980s.

i stand corrected, sir... the one-time post 9/11 commercial made me cry. MUCH better than my 1984 Big Brother commercial. Lest we forget....

Once upon a time Alka Seltzer ("I can't believe I ate the whole thing") turned out consistently funny ads. I rarely watch ads these days thanks to "Fast Forward". I now rely on social media and the Super Bowl to show me what I've been missing. Thanks for this one (I shared it on social media to repay my "Friends")
