Though I am completely fine with this, there is something that is beckons me and always have: Being a Drill Sergeant.<br />I love scuffing up joe (for the purpose of strengthing mentally , physically, and emotionally and correcting only), I love the connections with soldiers, I don&#39;t mind working long hours at all because I already do, and I love seeing the transition from Joehood to Brohood because we all been through it. What&#39;s your information that you would pass on? As a drill sgt you are expected to wear many hats, &quot;Scoffing up joe&quot; is not even one of them. As mentioned on several post, do some research and you will find out that is one of the most rewarding tittle bestowed upon an nco, trusted to teach, guide, heal and mold today&#39;s warriors. Most importantly, we are talking about human beings. You will have to earn the trust and respect not just from your soldiers, but from your peers as well. <br />Good Luck..
