This is a tough one, if the answer is taken as a negative remark your classified as a racist, if in a positive manner you are ok. I prefer to be somewhat neutral until the dust settles.

What's my "least favorite manifestation of our Constitutional Rights"? I can't think of any. Now, if you'll allow me to alter your question ever so slightly...

What's my least favorite manifestation of "the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it [the government], and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness" expressed in the Declaration of Independence. Well, that's easy. It's the fact that people are abolishing our Constitutional Republic to replace it with something that seems most likely to diminish our Safety and Happiness. They began by chiseling away at our constitutionally limited government, replacing it with a cancer growing in the District of Calamity, and then complaining that it doesn't work anymore.

That's my answer and I'm sticking to it...

not sure how you would regulate it....but....the fact that freedom of speech includes the freedom to essentially lie. Be it quotes attributed to people that didn't actually say it, or twisting of facts.
again, not sure how you would regulate it. lotta misinformation out there, kids....

Fortunately we are a nation of laws and that is the sanctuary for those who desecrate the flag and generally act like communist. Abiding by those laws when someone desecrates the flag is tough.First inclination is to kick some unappreciative ass, then do it again. But alas, In a fit of CONTROLLED RAGE, I refuse to lower myself to their level. All the Way!!!!!

I've posted this before, but here is a part of Michael Douglas's speech fro The American President:

"America isn't easy. America is advanced citizenship. You've gotta want it bad, 'cause it's gonna put up a fight. It's gonna say, "You want free speech? I am afraid to say anything anymore because I may go to jail I have been censored on Face book and Here On rally point so as a veteran of the US. AIR FORCE I have lost my right to speak unless it agrees with those that want to remove our rights. THIS is not what I protected MY freedom is GONE and that is sad. I lost respect for a lot of people and now I am alone because I will not participate in the PC CRAP!!!!

My least favorite manifestation would be the lack of understanding that the Bill of Rights are a guarantee of the government NOT MESSING with our Rights as citizens. Not a single one of the original Bill of Rights were a granting of rights to us but rather a guarantee that the government could not infringe upon those rights given to us by God (or nature, etc).
