Being a Master-at-arms (MP) by trade, our motto was 'Don't confuse your rank with my authority' after a very short lived 'double tap' and '2 in the chest, 1 to the head'. Let me hear yours!

"Spearhead of Logistics"? I actually had to look that up and was pretty disappointed. I mean, as an 88M, motor transport operator, I can think of some pretty good ones:
"Let's roll." ( It can be a tribute AND a motto, right?)
"Wheelin' and Dealin'
"On the Road Again!"
"Et civitatibus tribuebat explosives!" (Because everything sounds cool in Latin.)

And my personal favorite:

"Haulin' and Ballin'"- ('Cause that's how we roll.)

I drive trucks and stuff. "Are we lost?" and "That POV SOB Cut Us Off" does not a good motto make.

However, "VIGILANTIA AETERNA"...my old motto from 4th AVN...pretty cool :)

I like "Don't confuse your rank with my authority". It reminded me of the medical mantra drummed into my impressionable 18 year old psyche: "When you're scrubbed in, it's YOUR responsibility to speak for the patient on the table! You control who's allowed to remain scrubbed in "at the table" and who must be called out for a change of gown and/or gloves due to contamination. You "Call The Ball" and never, Ever, EVER let somebody's rank (ego) get between you and the patient who is relying on you.

Less a motto, more deeply instilled principles; a credo for a personal 'True North'.

The motto for my rate is "Exceeding the Expected." Sounds great, but I never really got what it had to do with being a religious programs specialist. So I came up with my own: "Bibles & Guns." It was very befitting of the multiple missions for which I provided physical security for my chaplain throughout Anbar Province during our tour in Iraq.

That's funny because as an Army MP I would crush someone for using that motto. We have the authority to uphold the regulations and policies of the Armed Forces and military bearing and courtesy is one of them.
Our motto is "Assist, Protect, Defend. Of the Troops for the Troops."

I was in 27370. Weather Forecaster (Meteorologist) The AFSC (MOS) has changed.....

Air Weather Service, as it was called become the Air Force Weather Agency.
Note: Air Weather Service personnel were instrumental in bringing us the National Weather Service's Severe Weather Alert Programs (Severe Storms Forecasting)

Can't really say my MOS had a motto, but my platoon motto was "Comm, we only work when you're not looking". It came about because we had a junior officer complain about us sitting around doing nothing after we had completed the set up of the COC and well after that as long as Comm remains up, there's nothing for us to do until we tear down and move or EndEx. So our Gunny who was a master of sarcasm tells that new LT "Sir, Comm Marines only work when you're not looking". After that the Lt, never bothered us again, I think it was just the sheer confusion on his face after that explanation was more than he wanted to deal with.

PO1 Private RallyPoint Member 25370 - Weather Forecaster/Meteorologist. All I remember as it pertains to this field is that the Marines were ordered not to fail. The Navy had the Aerographer's Mate. The Navy's equivalent to the Air Force's Weather Forecaster. The Navy
also had a program for learning about weather including climatology, fronts, etc and it was excellent. They were exceptional colleagues as were the Marine guys but we put them in their place. Kidding. But we had fun and a great softball team. We mauled the instructors. Had five hits in the game.. lol
