Sometimes I'm walking and I get intense pain in my knees that cause me to limp. I've been eating "ranger candy" almost everyday in the past week and I'm scheduling a doctors visit to get it looked at. My guess is a lot of it has to do with footwear. What civilian shoes have been "prescribed" to you to address knee problems and/or alleviate knee pain? Not specifically running or rucking shoes, but just everyday shoes.
