What should happen to this guy? Should the girls be prosecuted too or are they just "victims?" Either way I'm disgusted.

It doesn't state their predicament...but if they were having money problems it's easy to coerce them into such a thing. But they are not without blame, they were not forced, they went along willingly. They should be punished as well as this "paygrade" passing himself off as an NCO. But this guy should get the boot. I don't have time for that in my Army.

Yea I think every girl in prostitution can say they were strapped for cash. Unless they were a victim of human trafficking, which if they were active duty aint so.

Well now!! You know that you have opened a can of Big Ass Worms here. Without all the facts I can not really give a good answer but as far as what I have read it said he recruited females and I am sorry but if you are recruited you know what you are doing and you should be held accountable to some degree. They knew what they were doing was wrong and if they felt they were in a position of being forced to do this then they should have reported it some one weather it be in their chain of command or outside of it, I know that all services have a department for this.
