What should I be expecting at ALC as an 89B?

Search online and in your unit for anyone who has been recently to get the latest info. Isn't there a website with welcome packet info? I can't imagine Ordnance Corps has people just showing up without a clue... Get all the info you can and without specific guidance, use your experience and common sense to prepare. You're already an NCO so have knowledge and experience. Like the MSG said, if you care about doing well and prepare, you'll do fine!

You will need to be confident in your ammo abilities and your abilities to inspect ammo and help mentor and train soldiers in ammo

When I went to ALC for 92A, it was death by PowerPoint, team leader stuff, PRT (opening formation, memorizing the exercises, closing formation), open ranks inspection, CTRL+F, and tests. It was fairly easy for the most part as the tests were open book as long as you could find the answers in the material. Good luck!!!
