From what I hear the academics are not too stressful and I normally don't have an issue in that Department. While on leave I will practice land nav. Practice foot marches as well. Academics was one of the best parts for me. If you and your roommate work together, you'll have no time keeping your room squared away, as well as make your hit times formation. Strength in Knoweledge...good luck! You will be asked to explain why you want to be a warrant. Be prepared to answer any mediocre or needs improvement on your NCOER's. If you are questioned about NCOER's that are mediocre, divert their attention to deployment NCOER's if applicable. I explained to the board that my 2 days a month was not indicative of my performance but my deployment NCOER's were. If you want to pursue higher education, indicate that. Be assertive. Don't talk with your hands. Make eye contact with the board officers. Good luck.
