What should I do when AKO, iPerms, and ERB(SRB) did not get updated?

I enlisted as a PFC right after I graduated college. At the MEPS, they could not promote me to SPC because my diploma was not generated by that time. After I got the diploma, I submitted in the middle of my BCT. I received DA 4187 that indicates I am now E-4 and my LES got updated to E-4.
I am not at AIT and when I checked my AKO and ERB, it still said I am PFC. On my iPerms, my diploma, transcript, and 4187 were missing.
I gave a copy of 4187 to my drill SGT couple weeks ago but it is still not updated.
What action should I take?

Take it to your commander for a ltr of recommendation.

Hard charger....great question. First thing you should do is get in touch with your first line supervisor and use your chain of command. I wouldn't recommend going outside of the structure but if things continue lagging and taking a long time, ask your first line to speak with your PSG and go from there. Make sure you have all the documentation in your hand before you do anything this way, they don't have to ask for items and you aren't in a sense wasting their time. Keep checking these systems however as they do take time to update. One takeaway from this whole experience is get yourself a notebook binder and keep copies of everything. This way if somebody says your missing items, you can produce them rather quickly.

Are you being paid? In any case ask to go to the S1 taking all pertinent data. It should be easy to resolve. If you are being paid, you can be more patient. Thank you for your sercice

If you have a 4187 and your LES reflects, you are good to go. Yes the others need updated, but those are secondary as the pay is the one that needs inputted correctly. The ERB essentially a living document, as it can be outdated and it won’t affect much. The AKO is purely cosmetic. Definitely keep following up to ensure mostly your ERB gets updated and the 4187 hours into iPERMS, but like I said as long as your LES reflects you are getting paid and are good to go.

Schools are notoriously slow in uploading to your iperms. Honestly, a couple weeks isn't enough time for everything to be updated. And don't pay attention to AKO. I've been promoted for 6 weeks and it still hasn't changed for me.

Take the copy of your diploma, transcript, and 4187 to your S1. They will use the 4187 as the source document to change your rank and your date of rank, and they can upload them to your records. They may have already been uploaded to your records, it can take up to a month sometimes for them to appear in your ompf.

Don't worry about it to much. The effective date on the DA 4187 is what matters. You can receive back pay from the day you were promoted.
When you leave IET and reach your unit they can update eMILPO or RLAS and that will feed and update all the other systems.

The first thing is you should make sure you have copies of what you day is missing and submit to your unit admin. Is that first work then you can go out of the chain with permission from your unit.
