What study aids should I review before taking the SIFT?

I am seeking advice on what study aids I should review prior to taking the SIFT. I have been reviewing a study guide called "SIFT Study Guide: Test Prep and Practice Questions for the Army SIFT Exam", however I still feel unprepared for the test and would prefer to pass the first time. Advice from current flight officers and those who've recently passed or failed the SIFT would be helpful, thank you.

Start with this one. Its 99 cents for the kindle version:

After that hit up the helicopter flying handbook, it’s availible for free.
You can study old AFAST tests for the spacial portion.
Be familiar with Army aviation terminology. Things like which letter designates a Utility helicopter.
For simple shapes don’t rush through it. You’ll be penalized more for wrong answers than for unanswered questions.
There are a couple of free practice tests online but they were nothing like what i saw on the actual test.
This test is designed in such a way that you really can’t study. You can prepare yourself for certain types of questions, but it’s not like the ASVAB where the question banks are public knowledge.
There is one exception: the Army considers the section that measures your “Motivation” as really important. It has a very big impact on your final score. The AAIT section is the one you can study for.

With a little google-fu theres also an Air Force website I believe where you can take 2 full practice SIFT tests that are timed and all. Helped boost my confidence a bit before I took the test.

TC3-04.4. Get it off of APD. Read chapter 1 a few times and have a basic understanding of what it contains. Don’t become an aeronautical engineer over it. Just the simple basics
Basic level algebra word problems are good to brush up on as well. A google search will get you some good results
