What the difference is between 25U MOS in a Artillery or MP unit? Would you recommend going with one over the other?

I have recently enlisted in the ARNG, I was told I'm going to be attached to an artillery unit but may have the opportunity to be with an MP unit. My Mos will be 25U.
The question I'm asking is what the difference is and do you recommend going with one over the other?
