1. What is your opinion of the the Constitution being a living document?
2. Do you believe that the 10th amendment is correct and the states have all rights with the exception of those enumerated in the Constitution?
3. Should a SCOTUS member rely strictly on facts presented or should they base decisions their own political leanings?

1. What do you think about the fact that the public can predict the way the other 8 justices will vote on every single case, based on their political leanings, and the predictions are nearly always accurate?

2. Do you think that the purpose of state governments is just to carry out the will of the federal government, or are they in fact sovereign entities within their own spheres, and subject to the federal government regarding disputes between states and in matters of national defense?

3. Please name at least 2 examples of judicial activism within the last 50 years, when the SCOTUS decided that a right must be in the constitution because it was something the members personally cared about.
