No matter what...do not quit!!! Even if you have nothing left in you do not quit! ALWAYS make %100 effort! As for SOI and MCT absolutely, take care of your feet!!!! Change socks frequently, any chace you get!! The forced marches are brutal on your feet. Like many before you, you can become one of the elite warriors in the Marine Corps!! I recommend running 100 meters and then walking 100 meters. Do that for 2 to 3 miles (8 to 12 laps) and that can be one workout in itself.
