What tips can Army community give to help me stand out among my peers while appearing before a hiring board for an AGR interview?

I am looking forward to appearing before a board to interview for a AGR position in my state. I have put many hours into studying the material of the job. I have visited the unit twice to put eyes on the things I have studied and to meet the NCOs and officers of the unit. What are some other tips that would benefit me before and during the interview? Thank you all

Be honest, if you don't know an answer say so. Do you have letter of recommendations from NCO's and officers in your current unit? Those can carry you over another candidate.
