What topics can anyone suggest a 91D talk about during Leader's Time Training/Sergeant Time Training relating to their MOS?

I have a Soldier who is a 91D. I know nothing about the MOS. I'm trying to knockout two birds with one stone by learning about the MOS and at the same time motivate a Soldier who just doesn't have the initiative to progress and gain knowledge in his field unless it relates to his personal desires.

IT is always a good time to teach Soldiers how to safely Fuel and operate a Generator. They will not always have the 91D there to fuel and check on problems if the generators go out in a TOC and the General wants his lights on. Fueling a Generator that is hot is dangerous and is a great Safety topic for a class.

Have the Soldier teach classes on the different types of generators you have in your unit. How to Properly PMCS, different service types/intervals and could include topics such as the capabilities of each type/size of generator. The Soldier would be engaged and you and your other Soldiers might get something out of it as well.

From my wife who was in the Maintenance Career Field prior to becoming a MP: How to put a Camo Net, how to safely fuel a generator. how to ground one and how to mark the safe operating space to avoid burning or tripping.
