It sounds a little stupid but I want to do infantry for most if not all of my career and I want to do 25-35 years. During my time in the army i'd like to get my masters degree and after the army i'd like to be a history, choir, piano, theatre or jrotc teacher. Is that weird?

Law Enforcement or another Emergency Services related field. It's what I was looking for in the military too although they had other plans for me.
