And bigger. And bigger... ACE reports becomes LACE reports, METT-T becomes METT-TC and before you know it, you&#39;ll one day have XABALACEFST reports and METT-TC-XYZ-ABCG considerations that are bigger than OPORDs. So, I&#39;d think about consolidating some things in lists.<br /><br />Duty and Selfless-Service seem to me to have a lot of overlap on the Venn diagram. I&#39;d combine them. Also, I think Personal Courage is a function or effect of values and priorities, but it is so important that I&#39;d keep it separate as it&#39;s own element. I&#39;d tie the Values to the Warrior Ethos, as well, discuss both in the same block of instruction.
