There you can get help with weight problems, they make different tests, Bod Pod, Metabolic Rate, VO2 Max (Fitness Test) and also teach you how to improve your metabolism with a class where they discuss your results in the tests they gave you. The give you follow up and monitor your progress since the first time you got there. Is an excellent program for people that wants to know exactly where they are physically, beyond the height and weight or the tape. It is open to military spouses too, so if you know of somebody struggling with their weight, or is starting a Fitness Program, there is where you start with the right foot.
