We know Hoover spied on Americans and that is why laws were changed. We know there was wrong in the past, should we try to prevent it now, or should not it have been stopped in the last election. Why with this history of the FBI getting involved in "Edgar Hoover’s Operation COINTELPRO and Allen Dulles’s Operation CHAOS conveniently surveilled the politico-space economy of North Alabama 5th Congressional Space District’s prevailing Jim Crow apartheid system under the watchful eye of AG Bill Baxley and AG Robert Kennedy. " Why did we have the problems of the 2016 election. Who was supposed to be keeping us safe? I have no idea if this was true. I was not around then. I was not a special agent then, but it would have been wrong.

An interesting question, but I fail to see the linkage. Allow me to explain. People, organizations, and causes are neither wholly evil nor angelic. People of good will can commit heinous acts just as the vilest humans may occasionally be benefactors (think of Al Capone's contributions to his church and community). Organizations can go about their good business while abusing their powers. Seemingly good and necessary causes can inspire mischief. If you can understand that, you can understand that the Space Race and Race Relations, both significant in the same era, could plod along without touching one another.

I would need to do research on Operation Paperclip and how it's allegedly linked to any campaign against the TVAAR. Regardless, even if it was a legitimate government conspiracy, it would not have impacted the National Strategy of the space program.
