What was the name of the operation that immediately followed Desert Storm?

I remained in the theater until July of 1991, and received a service star for my Southwest Asia Service Medal for this, but for the life of me I can't remember what they named the follow up operation.

Seems like there was Operations for the No Fly Zone and some that relieved the Kurds also....but can't think of Operation names to SAVE me, bro! Sorry.

French, English, United States flying out of Incirlik, Turkey if I remember right.

Flying out of Incirlik AB Turkey in support of the No Fly Zone

Combined Task Force (CTF) British, French, US, Turks, Germans. and I think some Italians if I remember right. That was a long time ago. I have campaign Patches for both of those operations.

Operation Provide Comfort was the operation that we were involved in after Desert Storm.If I remember correctly , we were supplying the Kurds.

There were a couple. Operation Northern Watch for the Northern Green Line, Operation Southern Watch for the southern Green line. During Norther Watch there was Operation Provide Comfort, which was food drops to the Kurds north of the green line. I supported Northern watch multiple times until 2003 when I was on staff for Operation Iraqi Freedom, as a member of General (then Colonel) Cleveland's Task Force Viking.

Operation Provide Comfort was right after the close of Desert Storm - the 4th MAPS (USAF) rotated home in early March from Saudi Arabia and was sent back to Turkey and Iraq. Turkey had Incirlik (airdrop hub), along with Diyarbikir and Batman - then the airdrops in Northern Iraq to the Kurds.

The "clean up" portion was called "Operation Desert Sweep". I know that because my base (Naval Weapons Station Fallbrook, CA) was involved with all of the returning unused munitions.

My understanding and mymorsers as late as 1995 still showed Desert shield. After we were bombed at Khobar we moved to Prince Sultan outninnyhe middlemofmthe Desert under Operation Desert Fox
