It usually starts with a 5 mile run at a 6-6.5 minute pace in formation while calling cadence. Then you do a ton of pull ups, push ups, and squats. It always ended with 500 four count flutter kicks. This started at 0500 and ended at 0600 and was done daily for 6 weeks. I lost 20+lbs even though I ate 5000 calories a day. We could only stop to plot points. We would easily clock about 10 miles. Regular PT followed by 100 sit-ups (in the sand), followed by 50 pull-ups (cycle the line 50 times if you can only do 1 at a time), and the list goes on, and on, and on....
