House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff stated in an interview that the special counsel Robert Mueller’s report on potential Russian government meddling in the 2016 election might not be the final word on the matter. Seems like he is preparing the stage for the possibility that the report will not confirm any evidence of collusion. As such is there a way the left would be able to find closure and put an end to the narrative?

Very - true. In IL state police revoked about 10,000 FOID card (firearm) last year with almost no follow-up. We just had a shooting here - guy's card was revoked. However when David Rhein mouthed off to a politician - he was condemned mentally unstable and police entered home without warrants and seized all his and his wife's firearms.
