What will happen if I fail airborne school with already signed to a unit that isn't airborne?

I'm a 12K that has airborne on contract. I have orders to Germany report soon after this. What would happen if I didn't make it or failed airborne? Would they take Germany away?

If the unit itself isn’t an Airborne unit, then it shouldn’t matter. However, don’t go into it worrying about failing. Go with the mentality of passing the course.

Is there a reason you think you won't pass? Airborne school isn't hard. Pass the APFT and keep your feet and knees together and you'll be fine.

Get your mindset squared away.
Instead of worrying about failing jump school, focus on how fast you can get to an airborne unit after the German leg unit. Otherwise, what's the point?

1. If you Listen and Do exactly what you are told to- you will pass. Yes PT is tough, but you can gut thru that- cause its still Army standards- just don't think you can skate with a 70 in each event. You will go to Germany regardless, thu if you pass, the 173rd might try to get you to Italy.
