<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><p>It is highly unlikely given the steadily diminishing capacity of our military that we will be able to respond as fully as necessary to meet all of our nation's interests. In addition to shear numbers we are losing, but more importantly we are also losing experience that comes from participation in real world events. When the next crisis occurs, we will ramp up by sucking up the unqualified with the well qualified to meet some target manpower number, and then repeat the deadly mistakes born of inexperience again. </p><p><br></p>
